St Marys Catholic Primary School

On Saturday 21 May 2011 I attended a summer fete at st marys catholic primary school in congleton. I wasn't their doing nails or makeup but i went and was doing glitter tattoos for children, I suppose adults could have them if they wanted but kids seem to love them. Fans of my Beautique salon shouldn't worry this isn't going to be my new venture.

I went to the school because I don't live in Congleton or even near the area so I can't talk to mums in the playground and my kids can't tell school friends about the salon. I went with an open mind of what it would be like and I wasn't even bothered about making money but with every youngster I saw I gave the mum some info about the salon, this is probably the best bit of marketing I've done and it was so simple and enjoyable I will now be sending Stuart out to fairs and fete's all summer spreading the good word of Beautique while making a little bit of extra money.

What I did on Saturday helped me realise that some of the most simple ideas are good for marketing. So if you are at a fair or a fete this summer and see a man doing glitter tattoos don't be alarmed It's probably only Stuart.

Don't tell him if you see him but he is available for hire for children's parties or music festivals :)

I hope you enjoyed this latest installment of my blog.
